Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations / Reschedules that occur on the day of your appointment or less than 24 hours before will be charged 30% fee of the scheduled service. • Clients that no call/no show to a scheduled appointment will be charged a 'no show' fee of 50% of the scheduled service. • I allow a 15 minute grace period for late arrivals, showing past this grace period will result in cancellation/reschedule with a 50% fee of the scheduled service. Please be aware that showing up late may result in a shortened service, as it it unfair to the next client to run into their appointment time. • Services provided are non refundable after treatment has been received.
