Cancellation Policy
Studio Policies & Time Protections
• Cancellations & Rescheduling: To protect our curated wellness blocks, we respectfully request a minimum of 24 hours notice for all changes. Cancellations or reschedules occurring less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled time will incur a 30% fee of the booked service.
• No-Show Policy: Guests who miss their appointment without contact will be considered a no-show and will be charged a 50% fee of the scheduled treatment.
• Late Arrivals & Grace Period: We offer a peaceful 15-minute grace period. Arriving past this window will result in a cancellation or mandatory reschedule subject to a 50% fee. Please note that late arrivals within the grace period may result in a shortened treatment, as we strictly honor the transition times and boundaries of our next guest.
• Refund Policy: To preserve our professional time, advanced modalities, and specialized botanical backbar, all services provided are entirely non-refundable once the treatment has been received.
